Position Overview
As the Vice President of Brand Management at Botanic Tonics, you will be at the forefront of redefining the functional beverage landscape. You will be the guardian and promoter of our brand portfolio, taking charge of brand strategy, storytelling, and demand generation.
This pivotal role demands you to enhance brand awareness and cultural relevance through innovative content, strategic paid media, engaging social initiatives, experiential marketing, and impactful field activations. Your efforts will ensure that our brand resonates powerfully on shelves and directly with consumers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic brand leadership and hands-on execution, thriving in a dynamic, high-growth consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of the Botanic Tonics brand strategy, positioning, and voice across all consumer and retail interactions.
Transform the company’s mission, product advantages, and consumer insights into engaging and unique brand narratives.
Maintain brand consistency while fostering agility for testing and innovation in a competitive market.
Serve as the internal brand expert, aligning Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and Operations around a cohesive vision.
