Your Journey Begins
Your adventure starts with essential in-person training at our Budapest office, spanning three months. The next training session kicks off on March 23rd, and full attendance is mandatory. In your role as a Vendor Operations Coordinator, you will be pivotal in onboarding, training, and assisting restaurants to excel on our platform. You’ll be the catalyst for successful vendor activation and early performance, ensuring exceptional service and support at every step.
Your Responsibilities
Onboarding & Activation
Review and validate onboarding documentation to confirm vendors fulfill platform criteria.
Create and conduct quality checks on content prior to vendor activation.
Lead onboarding calls and training sessions, guiding vendors through app/device setup.
Activate vendors once all onboarding steps are finalized.
Vendor Support & Enablement
Serve as the primary contact for newly onboarded vendors during their first 60 days.
Offer proactive performance support, addressing issues and encouraging improvements.
Implement targeted initiatives to enhance vendor engagement and success.
