About the Role:
As the User Acquisition Manager, you will work with a successful lifestyle application that already demonstrates positive unit economics and is poised for rapid expansion. Your mission will extend beyond mere campaign optimization; you will influence the entire approach to Paid Social marketing within the product, from procurement strategies to creative hypotheses and their validation in collaboration with the team. This is a unique opportunity to manage substantial budgets, explore new channels, impact product development, and grow in tandem with our creative, product, and analytics teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads.
Analyze campaign performance and monitor marketing metrics such as CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.
Continuously test new traffic acquisition strategies and generate your own hypotheses for enhancing effectiveness.
Evaluate creative hypotheses, identify correlations between visual formats and performance, and conduct competitive analyses.
Collaborate closely with the product team, analysts, and developers, each contributing unique functions to the marketing effort.
Conduct market and competitor research in the lifestyle/AI-based mobile app sector.
Generate testable ideas that can be launched immediately, free from unnecessary bureaucracy or micromanagement.
What We Expect from You:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
Proven experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $100K per month.
Understanding of unit economics: CPI, CAC, ROAS, ROMI.
Experience with analytical tools such as Appsflyer, Tableau, or similar.
Ability to work with creative hypotheses from conception to execution.
A high level of creativity, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
