Availability: Must be available to work occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
Ultrasound Technologist Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience post externship.
· Current RDMS certification is mandatory.
· Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills.
· Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
· Credentialing documentation as required by Roshal Health, clients, and state regulations.
· Must have up-to-date vaccinations and pass required health screenings, including drug and background checks.
· Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities:
· Perform a variety of ultrasound imaging procedures, including general, OB, and vascular studies, primarily in an ER setting.
· Exhibit effective communication and exceptional patient care skills.
· Operate all diagnostic modality equipment proficiently.
· Conduct and accurately document High-Level Disinfection (HLD) procedures.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift between 50-100 lbs., including patients and portable equipment.
· Physical agility to bend, twist, and reposition as necessary.
· Endurance for standing, walking, and performing multiple back-to-back procedures.
