Join our team as a Treasury Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily cash management, banking transactions, and treasury operations. In this position, you will ensure that our organization maintains adequate liquidity, provides accurate cash reporting, and adheres to stringent internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include managing KYC documentation, fostering strong relationships with banking partners, overseeing intercompany payments, and contributing to various treasury initiatives aimed at enhancing financial efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with banking partners, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Monitor liquidity levels across global entities to guarantee sufficient funding.
- Coordinate the opening, closing, and modification of bank accounts and authorized signatories.
- Review and optimize banking services, fees, and account structures to meet business requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for bank relationship managers on operational matters.
- Manage and compile necessary KYC documentation for banks and financial institutions.
- Assist in monitoring foreign currency exposures related to cash and intercompany activities.
- Ensure timely submission of compliance documents, certificates, and regulatory information.
- Maintain an organized database of KYC records to support compliance reviews and audits.
- Ensure that treasury activities comply with both internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate and process intercompany fund transfers according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of intercompany loans, balances, and settlements.
- Coordinate applications for Letters of Credit.
- Support the implementation or enhancement of treasury systems, banking platforms, or automation tools.
- Assist with cash pooling, centralization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in internal and external audits or special treasury-related reviews.
- Contribute to the development of policy updates, treasury procedures, and enhancements to internal controls.
