Salary: $50,000 - Based on an average of 38 patients seen per day worked; eligibility for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond this number

Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to assist our medical team in providing care within nursing home facilities. You will support healthcare providers by utilizing a tablet device to facilitate consultations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the designated facility contact for each location.
- Follow a pre-established list to ensure all patients receive the necessary care.
- Perform additional duties as required to enhance medical services and clinical monitoring.
- Travel to various facilities across different states as required to support operations.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Board Certified).
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to maintain composure and respond appropriately in challenging situations.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice.
- Must reside in Vermont.
- Valid driver's license.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk for up to 6-8 hours per day.
