Your Responsibilities
- Performing training needs analysis and skills-gap assessments to develop impactful learning solutions
- Designing and producing high-quality training content aligned with learning objectives and business goals
- Creating interactive eLearning modules, including assessments and knowledge checks, utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Managing multiple projects efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are achieved
- Ensuring all training content is inclusive, accessible, and appropriate for diverse audiences across various languages and cultures
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for learning and a knack for crafting engaging, easily digestible content
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in training content development or instructional design
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia editing software
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Excellent project management and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Experience in graphic design or video production is an asset
