Your Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks using ticketing systems and internal tools;
- Create and document procedures;
- Oversee the creative team’s work and establish effective workflow between teams;
- Ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Experience:
- Experience working in a team (minimum 1 year);
- Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2) - mandatory requirement;
- Excellent self-organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Attention to detail and quick action;
- Ability to identify potential problems and find effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of technical aspects of running online campaigns;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Familiarity with ticketing systems;
- Experience working with Photoshop.
