Join MSX International as a Trade Client Manager and become a vital part of our dynamic Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) team in the South West of England. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the management of our Trade Retailer network, defining activities and implementing sales processes to achieve significant trade parts sales targets.
The Role
As a field-based Trade Client Manager, you will oversee your own territory, driving the growth of genuine JLR parts sales through our dedicated Trade Retailer network. Reporting directly to the Trade Operations Manager, you will coach and enhance the sales performance of our Trade Retailers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to provide exceptional service to their trade customers. Your responsibilities will include leading impactful sales visits to key customers and setting a strong example for your team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the management teams at each Trade Retailer to support sales objectives
- Establishing Trade Retailer operations that adhere to prescribed standards and SLAs
- Structuring operations to maximize quality and efficiency
- Driving participation in national and local campaign initiatives
- Developing and implementing sales activity plans for each Trade Retailer
- Supporting Trade Retailer sales activities, including customer visits to foster sales growth
- Analyzing sales performance metrics (turnover and KPIs) to ensure targets are met and action plans are executed effectively
