THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic students or recent graduates who are eager to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of RV and campervan rentals and gain valuable tourism experience at one of our Depots in Germany.
As a Tourism & Operations Intern, you will embody the friendly face of our brand—welcoming guests, preparing them for unforgettable road trips, and ensuring their journeys conclude as wonderfully as they began. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Front-office activities:
- Customer Service and Sales: Manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, and upsell road trip extras.
Back-office activities:
- Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers, and road trip extras and kits.
- Quality Control: Ensure campervans are maintained in top condition, identify, and address potential maintenance or repair needs.
- Support Activities: Assist the team in monitoring existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational challenges.
