THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic students or recent graduates eager to plunge into the dynamic world of RV and campervan rentals and gain invaluable hands-on tourism experience at our Las Vegas Depot.
As a Tourism & Operations Intern, you will be the welcoming ambassador of our brand - greeting guests, preparing them for unforgettable road trips, and ensuring their journeys conclude as wonderfully as they began. If you thrive on interpersonal connections, relish challenges, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of a fast-paced environment, this is the adventure for you!
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Front-office activities:
- Customer service and sales: Manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, and promote road trip extras.
Back-office activities:
- Operations handling: Ensure reservations are aligned with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip kits.
- Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
- Support activities: Assist the team in various operational tasks to ensure smooth operations.
