Role Summary: The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) plays a crucial role in our sales team, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. This position involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to meet regional sales objectives and address daily operational challenges, thereby driving growth for JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Jazz’s values, business offerings, and market dynamics.
- Conduct daily market visits for stock availability audits and retail checks.
- Manage assigned franchise relationships, ensuring effective communication of daily reports from the Area Manager.
- Build solid connections within the franchise and retail network to facilitate smooth operations.
- Develop the retail and distribution network through active engagement with franchise staff.
- Focus on key performance indicators including Recharge, Gross Ads, JazzCash metrics, and retail base activity.
- Initiate below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities with retailers based on sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing and channel expansion efforts.
- Maintain territory integrity and address any infringement issues.
- Foster strong relationships with local retailers and franchise owners.
- Continuously assess and improve JazzCash and Voice KPIs for the team.
- Encourage innovative approaches for team enhancement and performance improvement.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail stakeholders regarding profitability models.
