Role Overview: What is a Territory Sales Supervisor?
The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) is an integral member of the Regional Operating Model, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. The TSS oversees a small team of 2-3 TSSs and collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to meet regional sales objectives. This role is crucial for driving the growth of JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and embody Jazz’s values, products, and the dynamics of the market.
- Conduct daily market visits for stock availability checks and retail audits.
- Manage assigned franchises, ensuring daily visibility of reports from the Area Manager.
- Establish effective communication channels with franchise and retail networks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Enhance Retail & Distribution network by engaging with Franchise staff and Distribution Officers (DO).
- Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs): Recharge, Gross Ads, JazzCash, and overall sales growth.
- Engage retailers in planning below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with target goals.
- Optimize Trade Marketing resources for maximum impact.
- Monitor Territory Integrity & Infringement Control for compliance.
- Foster strong relationships with local retailers and franchise owners.
- Continuously assess and improve JazzCash & Voice KPIs for your team.
- Proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance team performance and sales.
- Motivate franchise and retail channels by counseling stakeholders on profitability models.
