As a Territory Sales Manager, you will possess expert knowledge of mechanical systems utilized in commercial buildings, encompassing heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration, along with a comprehensive understanding of building automation. Your role will primarily involve educating potential customers and channel partners about the innovative solutions offered by 75F, while consistently exceeding revenue targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for expanding our brand presence within your territory, contributing to our mission of promoting environmentally sustainable technology. This pivotal role demands a proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit that aligns with our unique company culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with various channel partners, including contractors, distributors, and specifying engineers.
- Collaborating with the sales and support teams, as well as executives, to implement effective sales strategies.
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries, RFPs/RFIs, and internal initiatives.
- Crafting clear, professional presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our unique value propositions.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities, quotations, orders, and support data.
- Gathering competitive intelligence and product feedback to relay to R&D and other internal teams.
- Demonstrating the 75F solution proficiently while engaging in technical sales discussions at all levels.
- Regularly achieving or surpassing sales and activity targets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical solution sales, with a proven track record in HVAC control solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience selling through a channel partner network.
