Doka USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our operations in the Western Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, implementing strategic territory expansion initiatives, developing sales personnel, and ensuring exceptional price-quality performance. As a leader, you will utilize your strategic mindset and strong business acumen to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate advantageous agreements for Doka, cultivate client relationships, and guarantee the highest standards of project execution. This remote position is rooted in the Western Region and reports directly to the Western Region Director, overseeing activities across Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Alaska, Washington, and Idaho.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Region Director to formulate and implement strategic business plans aimed at achieving both short- and medium-term financial objectives.
- Assess performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and adapt strategies to improve profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, promoting interdepartmental collaboration and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the formwork and shoring sectors, as well as other market areas as directed by the Region Director.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance Doka’s market reach.
- Work closely with the sales team to craft proposals, finalize deals, and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to guarantee timely project delivery, adherence to customer specifications, and compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Ensure the prompt delivery of relevant technical solutions that facilitate sales and project execution.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations, establish objectives, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data within Doka’s designated CRM system.
- Promote a culture centered around safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
