Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Territory Manager. In this role, you will spearhead the sales strategy and work diligently to achieve business objectives within your assigned region. You will collaborate with the product management team to execute their strategies, gather valuable customer feedback, and provide critical insights that will aid in the development of innovative products. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders, analyzing competitor data, and tracking prescription trends within the pharmaceutical sector. Furthermore, you will organize and oversee Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and other initiatives designed to enhance the company’s brand reputation.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote new products by executing the Product Management Team’s marketing strategy, analyzing market trends, consulting with healthcare professionals regarding new product potential, and providing feedback to the Product Management Team. Responsibilities also include identifying key opinion leaders, monitoring product availability, and implementing brand strategies for successful product launches.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies to meet specific sales goals for both products and doctors. Actively participate in monthly review meetings to evaluate coverage, adherence to standard operating procedures, and expense management, all aimed at achieving sales targets on different levels.
• Focus on customer relationship management by establishing strong connections, addressing queries quickly using Infoginip, classifying customers based on their potential, adjusting meeting frequencies, and tracking return on investment to cultivate a loyal customer base.
• Regularly engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KEL) to encourage them to conduct CME sessions with the company, collecting their interest areas to tailor CME topics accordingly.
• Prepare product matrices based on doctors’ preferences and needs, and update data on chemists, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) through palm tops to the Unnati portal, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
