About the Team and Position

What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspire and lead a team of Market Leaders across various locations in the U.S.
- Ensure a balance of execution, process enhancements, and exceptional customer service.
- Facilitate the launch and expansion of Carvana markets and car vending machines.
- Maintain operational excellence while strategizing for future growth.
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to drive significant outcomes.
- Recruit, onboard, and train Customer Advocates and Market Leaders, providing them with the necessary resources for success.
- Regularly travel to markets for on-site visits, reinforcing our culture and performance standards.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments, including Logistics.
