Terms of Reference (ToR) for the recruitment of an SEO specialist to perform a comprehensive audit of SNV's website SEO strategy and evaluate page-level key performance indicators (KPIs).
Executive Summary
In line with our initiative to refresh our content and positioning, we are conducting a thorough editorial review of our website aimed at enhancing clarity, consistency, and performance. To ensure that this process is data-driven and meets user needs, we are in search of specialized SEO expertise to establish success metrics and strategically optimize our content.
We are seeking a seasoned SEO expert to collaborate with our Marketing, Communications, and Public Affairs team to enhance the performance, visibility, and structure of the SNV website's content, ensuring optimal reach and discoverability.
Our goal is to adopt a more strategic framework for how each page contributes to our objectives and overall impact. We require focused support in KPI definition, keyword strategy, and practical optimization guidance.
This assignment will be coordinated by Sinead Crane, Marketing, Communication, and Public Affairs Officer, who will act as the primary contact and liaise with internal stakeholders throughout the process.
Key deliverables include:
Pre-planning session, SEO internal workshop design, and facilitation
KPI framework/template by page or section
Keyword strategy and mapping for 68 pages
SEO recommendations and meta descriptions
Assisting the content editor in effectively implementing SEO feedback
Consultancy timeframe: March – April 2026
Time commitment: estimated 8 consultancy days
