Job Summary:
As a Telephone Operator, you will be the welcoming voice of our automotive dealership or service center. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy, serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call Handling: Efficiently receive, route, and manage incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
2. Customer Assistance: Provide essential information regarding services, vehicle availability, appointments, and general inquiries.
3. Message Management: Accurately record and deliver messages to the relevant staff members.
4. Coordination: Collaborate with service advisors, sales teams, and management to facilitate seamless communication.
5. Reporting: Maintain detailed call logs and communicate call statistics or issues to supervisors.
6. Professionalism: Uphold courteous and professional telephone etiquette at all times.
