With a base salary of £21,000 and on-target earnings of up to £31,000, many team members are even exceeding £40,000 annually!
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that encourages success, with exciting initiatives like 'Star of the Day', weekly competitions, and team outings.
Key Responsibilities for the Telecoms Telesales Consultant:
- Contact existing clients to promote additional services.
- Upsell various business areas.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team to finalize sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage additional product uptake.
- Utilize Salesforce to accurately capture and manage information.
- Build a robust sales pipeline while effectively managing time.
- Handle inbound calls from current and potential customers regarding services and products.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for acquiring new large clients.
Candidate Requirements for Telecoms Telesales Consultant:
- Previous experience in outbound sales.
- Strong ability to overcome objections and work collaboratively to achieve team and personal sales goals.
- Resilience and self-motivation with a proactive approach to reaching targets.
- Drive and determination to succeed in a sales environment.
Interviews will be conducted in two stages, with immediate start dates available.
Stage 1: You will join the team to listen to calls and gain a comprehensive understanding of the role. Following this, you will complete a psychometric test along with numeracy and literacy assessments. The final part will involve a brief conversation about the role and your prior experiences.
Stage 2: An in-depth competency-based interview focusing on your past sales experiences.
The anticipated start date is May 13, 2019, with interviews scheduled over the upcoming weeks.
