Your Role
We are looking for a TechOps Team Lead to steer our TechOps Analysts and Engineers, shaping the future of our technical operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our technical operations are reliable, scalable, and of the highest quality while nurturing a high-performing technical team.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop TechOps Analysts and Engineers
- Manage incident quality, governance, and escalation frameworks
- Review and enhance processes for major incidents and conduct post-mortems
- Ensure team KPIs, SLAs, and objectives are consistently achieved
- Act as the primary stakeholder contact for technical operations
- Drive operational excellence, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure on-call coverage and readiness for continuous improvement
