We are on the lookout for a seasoned Technical Writer who can create and maintain user documentation that reflects the quality of our world-class products.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will collaborate closely with our diverse product and operations teams to deliver precise, up-to-date, and user-friendly documentation for Anduril's products. Your role will involve organizing engineering and program delivery functions, ensuring our documentation meets the highest standards. You will engage with engineers, operations personnel, and various subject matter experts to deeply understand our offerings, identify user workflows, and bridge the information gap through effective documentation. Your contributions will establish the benchmark for tone, voice, and quality across all written materials.
In the critical realm of defense and national security, your documentation will ensure that front-line operators are well-equipped to utilize the “arsenal of democracy.” Your goal is to streamline the learning process for operating our systems, producing exceptionally well-crafted and presented documentation. You will identify key stakeholders and guide them through a structured documentation roadmap with clear milestones and objectives. Engaging subject matter experts at the right stages, you’ll lead them to produce final user-facing documents that meet customer needs. Furthermore, you’ll collaborate with our account teams to guarantee that contract deliverables are precise, timely, and formatted correctly.
Your written artifacts may encompass various materials such as technical manuals, operational guides, maintenance protocols, procedures, checklists, templates, and more.
