With Mimica’s process intelligence, we uncover inefficiencies, prioritize enhancements based on return on investment, recommend the most suitable automation technologies (including RPA, intelligent document processing, and GenAI), and provide a detailed blueprint for creating new automations that revolutionize work.
Your Role
At Mimica, we recognize that quality and speed are vital constraints in our growth trajectory. In the upcoming 12 to 18 months, we aim to expand our Data, Machine Learning, and Platform capabilities alongside our broader Engineering and Product teams.
As a Technical Talent Partner, you will take the lead in executing our recruitment strategies in these domains, establishing reliable talent pipelines, implementing high-impact processes, and ensuring we consistently attract candidates who excel at 6, 9, and 18 months post-hire.
We pride ourselves on our independent approach to recruitment — we do not rely on external agencies or inbound applications. Instead, we focus on a craft-based, consistent, and data-driven hiring process that enriches Mimica’s long-term talent pool.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for Data/ML, Platform, and Product Engineering roles, including leadership positions as needed.
- Collaborate directly with senior technical and company leadership to outline hiring strategies, refine job briefs (scope, levels, expectations), and execute them comprehensively.
- Establish and uphold structured interview frameworks, scorecards, and calibration processes.
- Maintain high-quality candidate signals and conversion rates as recruitment volumes increase.
- Conduct thorough screenings that effectively predict candidate success prior to hiring manager interviews.
- Identify and map talent across the Americas and Europe to build forward-thinking candidate pipelines.
- Engage with passive candidates through tailored, impactful messaging rather than generic outreach.
- Incorporate market insights (regarding talent availability, compensation, and competition) into hiring decisions.
- Document and refine recruiting workflows, templates, and guides.
- Participate in broader talent initiatives such as interviewer training, quality of hire assessments, and process excellence improvements.
Success Metrics
- Achieve high-quality hiring outcomes that contribute to Mimica's growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier talent in Data, Machine Learning, and Engineering.
