What We Are Looking For:
- Customer service through incoming calls, written communication, and live chat.
- First-level technical issue resolution.
- Support existing customers by understanding and documenting their requests.
- Manage inquiries and explore customer needs.
- Provide comprehensive updates to customers regarding their requests.
- Maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Identify optimal solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; graduates from universities/technical institutes will be considered a plus.
- Proficient with computer usage.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Professionalism and a team-oriented mindset, eager to learn.
