Education: Technical High School Diploma in Computer Science or currently enrolled in the 3rd year of Systems Engineering.
Your mission at Kruger will include:
Providing efficient and timely technical support to users within the organization. Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, networks, software, and systems. Managing the delivery and receipt of work equipment in compliance with corporate standards. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and collaborative tools. Managing the inventory of technological assets assigned to users and areas. Configuring institutional accounts, emails, and access to platforms and networks. Supporting technology logistics in events (training, forums, presentations). Documenting incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system. Coordinating with external suppliers regarding warranties and outsourced services. Assisting in backup management and information recovery. Participating in training sessions and keeping your knowledge up to date.
