About the Role
In this role, you will be pivotal to our technical hiring process and contribute to meeting our ambitious recruitment goals. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and a service-oriented mindset towards candidates and hiring partners. Your focus will be on sourcing high-caliber talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and helping build a scalable recruiting infrastructure. This position is perfect for someone at the outset of their recruiting career who is eager for ownership and hands-on experience throughout the technical hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing (~70%)
Identify and source high-impact technical talent efficiently across targeted channels.
Develop structured outreach strategies and test new sourcing channels.
Quickly pinpoint high-potential profiles using data and defined criteria.
Collaborate with hiring managers to outline role requirements, scorecards, and sourcing goals.
Ensure candidate pipelines are accurate and provide timely updates to hiring partners.
Enhance employer branding through improved tools, compelling copy, and better candidate engagement.
Coordination (~30%)
Screen incoming applications with a focus on prioritization and efficiency.
