Job Overview
What does your new role entail?
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our APAC Channel Sales Team. Your mission is to enable partners and enterprise clients to harness the complete technical potential of ShareGate. You will be instrumental in promoting product adoption, ensuring client success, and delivering an exceptional experience consistently.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our channel partners, providing consultation, training, and insights that foster long-term growth. You will collaborate across teams to tackle complex challenges and ensure our partners are confident and well-equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical resource for APAC partners, supporting both pre-sales and ongoing partner success.
- Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and enablement workshops to enhance partners' ShareGate knowledge.
- Assist partners with upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects.
- Facilitate regular business and technical reviews with partners to identify opportunities and risks.
- Work in synergy with internal teams to relay partner feedback and contribute to product strategy.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance product adoption and ensure sustained success.
