With our innovative solutions in building and room automation as well as energy management, we make buildings intelligent and efficient. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Building Automation in a field position:
- You will take care of and advise existing and new customers, establishing a sustainable network of clients and planners.
- Your responsibilities include the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of offers, as well as the independent acquisition of new projects.
- You will also process service specifications, invitations to tender, and performance descriptions according to applicable standards and guidelines.
- Additionally, you will calculate and create offers based on technical documents such as circuit diagrams, control schemes, functional lists, and CAD documentation.
- You will be responsible for the design of components of building automation systems and clarify technical requirements with clients and engineering firms.
- Conducting contract negotiations, preparing opportunity and risk analyses, and monitoring market and project developments will also be part of your tasks.
- You will assess systems on-site and hand over projects systematically to project management.
- You will actively contribute to achieving sales goals and take responsibility for your own projects.
