What You'll Do:
- Analyze customer demands to effectively consult and sell innovative additive manufacturing technology with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Identify sales leads and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while exploring up-sell and cross-sell opportunities aimed at enhancing product usage and satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with customers to gain insights into their needs, aligning them with sales growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives.
