Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing test and audit reports with precision.
- Managing the preparation of equipment and materials and coordinating logistics for EHS operations.
- Handling procurement tasks related to EHS operations and business activities.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Compiling and finalizing test and audit reports.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support.
- Ensuring all sampling requirements are met adequately.
- Processing purchase requests efficiently.
- Overseeing outsourced services and ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Serving as a backup to field inspectors as required.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives or personal development as directed by supervisors.
- Adhering to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies and objectives, including:
- - Actively participating in meetings and training related to QHSEE and intervening in unsafe situations.
- - Ensuring safe disposal of waste generated during work in compliance with regulations and SGS Environmental Management System standards.
- - Reporting incidents and hazards that may impact QHSEE objectives according to SGS Incident Reporting and Management protocols.
- - Utilizing equipment and company property responsibly and reporting any damages to supervisors.
- - Maintaining a clean and safe work environment following the organization's 5S program.
- - Identifying health, safety, and environmental risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- - Participating in incident investigations and risk assessments as required.
- - Fulfilling all requirements for the success of the QHSEE Management System.
- - Recognizing the implications of not adhering to established policies and procedures.
