About the Team: The Tech Talent team is dedicated to hiring for iwoca's Tech, Analytics, and Product functions. Our work shapes the teams that create and maintain iwoca’s products and customer experiences. We prioritize clear processes, data-driven decisions, and a fair candidate experience to ensure effective hiring without unnecessary delays.
Your Responsibilities: In this role, you will collaborate with Talent Partners, hiring managers, and People Experience teams to keep hiring processes efficient, information accurate, and communication consistent. Your contributions will greatly influence candidate experiences, hiring speeds, and the confidence of teams in their decision-making.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidates, managing communications from initial outreach through to offer and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews across diverse roles, teams, and stages, balancing urgency and candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
