The Role
We are seeking our inaugural Technical Recruiter to lay the groundwork for our hiring processes.
This is a pivotal role. You will collaborate closely with our founders and engineering leaders to establish and execute our recruiting strategy, focusing heavily on efficiency and speed.
This hands-on role will involve:
- Proactively sourcing engineering talent
- Conducting initial phone interviews
- Managing candidates through the recruitment pipeline
- Developing early-stage recruitment systems and processes
Our leadership and engineering teams will take care of the later-stage technical interviews, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates into these rounds.
We operate at a swift pace and expect to conduct high-velocity hiring cycles when necessary. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building processes from the ground up, sourcing directly, and executing significant hiring initiatives without a large recruiting team.
