Role Overview:
Crusoe operates as a vertically integrated AI Factory, committed to enhancing energy and intelligence availability. Our strategic advantage—"Speed is the only moat"—is closely linked to our capacity to swiftly develop and implement our modular power and compute systems.
As the Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of Spark deployments, starting from factory dispatch to the unit being declared "Available to Customer" (ATC) in the field.
Your Responsibilities:
I. Deployment Lifecycle Management
Comprehensive Oversight: Direct the project timeline, financials, and resource distribution for designated Spark deployments.
Site Preparedness: Organize site readiness, permitting, and utility connection schedules to ensure locations are primed for Spark delivery.
Risk Management: Anticipate and address potential delays in procurement, construction, networking, and power availability. Always maintain contingency plans to ensure progress.
II. Cross-Functional Coordination
Team Integration: Act as the main liaison between Manufacturing, Construction, and the Spark Business Unit on project matters.
Partnership Management: Steer relationships with EPC firms and specialized contractors to ensure effective site execution.
III. Process Optimization
Deployment Playbook: Develop, manage, and enhance the "Spark Deployment Playbook," ensuring a consistent and efficient deployment process from start to finish.
Reporting: Provide detailed updates and analyses to stakeholders throughout the deployment process.
