Designed by the renowned Renzo Piano Building Workshop, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) stands as a beacon of sustainability and cultural significance. This prestigious urban space encompasses the facilities of the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera, alongside the expansive Stavros Niarchos Park. Established through a generous donation from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the center was transferred to the Greek State in February 2017.
As a non-profit organization, SNFCC MAE is dedicated to the maintenance, operation, and management of the Cultural Center and Stavros Niarchos Park. The organization has also developed a diverse cultural, educational, and sporting program that is open to the public, with most events being free, thanks to the exclusive support of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.

The Facilities Management Department is responsible for the optimal operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of all building infrastructures and the surrounding areas of the SNFCC. The department supports all other sections and functions of the organization. The Technical Production Department aims to provide cross-departmental technical support for actions and events.
The SNFCC is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Technical Production Coordinator, with a technical background at all educational levels, reporting directly to the Technical Production and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will contribute to coordinating the technical operations required for the production of SNFCC events, collaborating with production companies and/or organizational departments, ensuring their effective and safe execution within the set timelines and budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technical Production and Operations Team to monitor necessary technical tasks for each event/production.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Work with Electrical and Mechanical Coordinators for overall event support.
- Supervise scheduled tasks and coordinate crews.
- Cover evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and serve as security personnel during performances or events.
