We are seeking a passionate Technical Product Owner to contribute to a vital data transformation initiative for a global healthcare client. This role focuses on integrating complex data ecosystems to enhance clinical and operational insights. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each product release creates tangible value by transforming disjointed medical and diagnostic data into a unified, scalable data platform. This position transcends mere backlog management; it is about harmonizing technology, data, and business objectives to foster innovation in healthcare and improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements.
- Convert business needs into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee and prioritize the product backlog to guarantee continuous delivery of value.
- Engage with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Guide data-driven product decisions leveraging analytics and insights from stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Utilize Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Articulate complex technical concepts in straightforward business language.
- Remain up-to-date with trends in AI, data, and healthcare technology.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
- A solid background in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with data products or platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
