We are searching for a seasoned Technical Product Owner to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and collaborate with diverse product teams, business analysts, and testers to gain a comprehensive understanding of product features.
- Work closely with stakeholders to break down extensive epic stories into actionable features and user stories, ensuring clarity for development teams.
- Lead and facilitate product backlog refinement sessions.
- Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the backlog, organizing feature sequences, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Foster trust and respect while building relationships with both technical and non-technical team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in a complex setting.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies; AWS or Azure certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, GenAI, and artificial intelligence.
- At least 3 years of experience in an agile environment; a strong agile mindset is essential. Scrum certifications such as CSM or CSPO are highly preferred.
- A self-starter with a strong emphasis on fostering relationships and collaboration.
- Experience working with offshore teams is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
- Background as a business analyst is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work East Coast hours from a home office in the US.
- Candidates should be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship).
