The Opportunity
As part of our commitment to enhancing workforce planning, Take-Two is in search of an Adaptive Technical Lead who recognizes the importance of technology adoption in driving effectiveness. This pivotal leadership role is dedicated to aligning Finance and HR data within a cohesive and user-friendly planning ecosystem.
Your role will involve serving as the functional architect of a system that replaces outdated and cumbersome processes with a streamlined user experience. Your goal is to meet Finance’s demand for accuracy while providing HR and Business teams with the clean interface necessary for strategic decision-making. This position transcends mere software configuration; it aims to establish a "Single Version of the Truth" that enables our global labels (2K, Rockstar, Zynga) to make informed talent choices.
Your Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Finance (FP&A) and HR (Total Rewards/BPs) to develop a cohesive data dictionary and process flow.
- User-Centric Design: Create an intuitive Workday Adaptive interface that caters to both casual HR users and advanced business professionals.
- System Improvement and Expansion: Lead the strategic upgrade of existing adaptive models while identifying future applications to enhance HR capabilities.
- Strategic Scenario Analysis: Develop real-time "What-If" modeling functionalities that allow leadership to assess immediate cost and talent implications.
