Position Summary
As a Technical eDiscovery Project Manager, you will provide advanced technical support for the Antitrust Practice Group (APG) Project Management Teams worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to manage electronic discovery solutions for the culling, processing, hosting, and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) for our esteemed clients, predominantly law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Management Teams and clients to ensure effective task execution throughout the case lifecycle.
Oversee complex tasks and establish unique workflows.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet critical deadlines.
Facilitate a seamless transition of tasks between day and evening shifts.
Employ strong analytical skills to explore potential solutions and determine the best course of action.
Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
Undertake additional technology-focused projects or duties as needed.
Utilize software tools such as Relativity and Reef Review to manage document production, including Bates stamping, load file creation/modification, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Design custom event handlers and scripts in Relativity to enhance workflow efficiency.
