As a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM), you will play a crucial role in achieving two of our primary objectives: (1) enabling our customers to realize remarkable business outcomes through technology engagements and (2) fostering customer growth by leveraging your technology expertise, providing trusted advice, and establishing strong relationships that yield tangible results. TDMs manage and implement innovative solutions developed on the Appian platform, overseeing all facets of agile delivery for Appian-led projects, including risk assessment and barrier removal. Collaborating closely with sales representatives, TDMs will help drive growth in targeted accounts and integrated projects. Your responsibilities will span across project management, account management, customer and partner relationship building, financial oversight, opportunity assessment, issue identification, project/use case definition, demand generation, services positioning, and account strategy development—all executed in collaboration with Appian Sales, Partners, and other Customer Success team members, including Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
