As a Technical Consultant specializing in Operations Engineering for Managed Cloud Services, you will collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to provide exceptional system support to Esri customers who are implementing complex and evolving GIS solutions. In this role, you will deploy and support customer ArcGIS environments in AWS and Azure, focusing on automating and enhancing operations. You will also be responsible for developing tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, while optimizing processes to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues within customer environments. Your innovative approach will involve researching and integrating new cloud technologies to enrich existing deployments and create new offerings. This position necessitates a robust technical background, outstanding customer engagement skills, and a strong capacity to adapt and learn quickly in the context of complex enterprise implementations.
