We are on the lookout for an exceptionally talented and driven Technical Account Manager (f/m/d) to foster and enhance long-term relationships with our strategic customers in Germany. This role requires you to champion customer success, drive product adoption, and create value by leveraging your technical expertise, data analytics skills, and robust stakeholder engagement throughout the customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction, enhance product adoption, and ensure lasting retention.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, converting customer requirements into actionable insights.
- Examine customer usage data to pinpoint risks and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively address customer challenges and manage escalation scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
