About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager with expertise in the crypto sector to provide exceptional support and management for our Payment Gateway merchants. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B crypto solutions, outstanding communication skills in both English and Russian, and the capability to collaborate effectively with merchants, product, tech, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily communications with current merchants.
- Serve as the main technical liaison during integration, onboarding, and ongoing support after launch.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Finance, Product) to address merchant issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Assist merchants with API integrations, payment processes, wallet configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Track client activities, proactively identify issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, integration records, and updates in CRM.
- Clearly explain payment processes, settlement logic, blockchain details, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B experience in the crypto space.
- Proficient in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of payment processes, deposits/withdrawals, KYC/KYB, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or integrations (technical literacy is necessary, but this is not a developer role).
- Ability to utilize merchant support tools (CRM, Slack/Telegram chats, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and take complete ownership of merchant success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with crypto payments or blockchain networks (TRON, ETH, BTC).
- Insight into conversion processes, crypto/fiat rates, and operational risks.
- Experience in high-risk industries (iGaming, Forex).
