Your Role
As a Tech Customer Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our new FX business at Bitso. Collaborating closely with promoters and clients, you will handle real-time transactions and tackle operational challenges that may hinder trading and affect revenue. Your expertise will ensure that client issues are swiftly understood, addressed, and escalated to the appropriate teams as necessary.
This central role within our FX operations will enable you to help clients navigate their needs with ease, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Over time, you will develop an in-depth understanding of our products and operations, paving the way for career advancement within Bitso Business.
Note: This position is based in Mexico City and requires in-office work due to essential collaboration with promoters and support teams.
Reporting To
Business Operations Manager
Your Profile
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience in support, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
