Team Supervisor - Site Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Team Supervisor in Site Management, you will be instrumental in propelling the division towards success by providing support to Division Leadership and working in tandem with the Manager of Site Inspections. This role encompasses the oversight of designated geographical territories and is crucial for executing strategies that amplify community engagement and impact, while ensuring adherence to property regulations and governing documents.
You will take charge of operational efficiency, collaborate with local division leaders to tackle challenges, and optimize service delivery. This position demands an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to achieving excellence in site management. Responsibilities include fostering effective communication among the Site Management Team, the Manager, and local division leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and addressing client inquiries with professionalism.
In addition to daily operational management, you will mentor and train team members, conduct performance evaluations, and cultivate a collaborative culture that promotes growth and innovation. By partnering with local leadership, you will integrate site management efforts with overarching organizational goals, contributing to the division’s long-term success and sustainability.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate closely with the Manager of Site Inspections to supervise daily operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across divisions.
· Oversee departmental operations aligned with the company’s strategic vision and standards, guaranteeing excellence in service delivery.
· Maintain expert-level knowledge of property codes relevant to all markets.
· Demonstrate the ability to read, interpret, and apply governing documents accurately.
· Possess a comprehensive understanding of backend systems, including CINC Manager, CINC Systems, Spectrum and JellyBird apps, and CINC WebAxis.
· Facilitate cross-divisional support and collaboration among teams.
· Conduct quarterly audits and review property bullet point forms to ensure comprehension and compliance.
