Your Responsibilities
Lead a team of 8 full-time employees that supports the Enpal Sales Organization in all relevant personnel matters.
Act as the central contact for executives and managers, providing empathetic, confident, and solution-oriented support.
Assist your team hands-on in daily operations: from onboarding to handling individual labor law cases to monthly payroll processing.
Manage the complexity of our variable compensation models and their monthly payouts to nearly 1000 sales employees.
Collaborate closely with the Legal and Finance departments as well as our external payroll partners in a reliable and solution-oriented manner.
Respond flexibly and proactively to short-term requests or changing requirements while advancing the long-term goals of the People Department.
