Team Overview
The Roofstock STR team is on a mission to build and shape a new business unit from the ground up. Our focus is on delivering exceptional hospitality to owners, guests, and teammates alike. We thrive in a fast-paced, intense environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our shared success.
Position Summary
As the Team Lead for Hospitality Operations, you will oversee daily operations for a designated zone of approximately 100–120 homes. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of Supervisors and Hospitality Coordinators to ensure a five-star guest experience while maintaining homeowner satisfaction and adhering to operational standards. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for an individual passionate about field operations and mentoring others.
