Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Lead to represent our brand and lead our Sales Representatives in their quest to promote Neo. You will play a pivotal role in our outreach initiatives, empowering your team to excel in acquiring customers for the Neo Credit Card, Neo Money Account, and other innovative products.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and conduct captivating training programs, offering continuous support and mentorship to Sales Representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge of our products.
Strategically coordinate team schedules to ensure optimal coverage and maximize sales at activation events.
Supervise the professional setup and dismantling of Neo activation booths, ensuring effective branding and organization.
Evaluate individual and team sales performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for consistent improvement.
Deliver hands-on support and guidance during activation events to ensure exceptional customer engagement.
