Your Role
At Fastned, we are propelling the future of electric mobility in the Netherlands and we want you to lead this exciting journey. As the Team Lead Delivery – Infrastructure, you will spearhead the development of innovative fast charging stations nationwide, guiding our local Construction Management team. You will collaborate closely with esteemed leaders such as the Director of Construction Management, Country Director, Lead Architect, and Expansion Lead to turn visionary ideas into tangible solutions, paving the path for sustainable transport.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the local Construction team, managing daily operations, conducting performance reviews, coaching, and recruiting new talent. You will cultivate your team’s growth, enhancing both their work quality and personal development.
Foster a vibrant, engaging, and performance-oriented team culture.
Coordinate with the Country Director, Lead Architect, and Expansion Lead to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Collaborate with other Construction Leads and the Director of Construction Management to maintain consistent practices across all operations.
Formulate strategies for engaging national suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders (including highway authorities and grid operators).
Regularly review progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
