ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic Tax Director/Partner to become a vital part of our Anchin team, specializing in the Professional Services sector. This position is perfect for an accomplished tax professional with extensive knowledge of various entity structures, including Partnerships and Corporations, along with individual tax matters pertaining to shareholders and partners. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, exhibit outstanding business development abilities, and demonstrate a commitment to expanding the practice area while mentoring and nurturing talent within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients in the Professional Services industry, providing high-quality tax planning and compliance solutions for Partnerships, Corporations, and individual shareholders/partners.
- Address complex tax issues and offer innovative solutions aimed at minimizing tax liabilities, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Build and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Spearhead market-facing initiatives to grow the practice area by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to elevate firm visibility and revenue within the Professional Services industry.
