KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates, consistently cultivating a well-rounded pipeline of high-quality and diverse talent.
- Comprehend unique roles and business needs to align candidates with opportunities at Ripple.
- Develop tailored diversity sourcing strategies specific to each business unit.
- Design and execute branding and social media initiatives to enhance external messaging and candidate engagement in collaboration with internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong Relationship Skills: Adept at engaging with various audiences both internally and externally.
- Insightful and Empathetic: Capable of understanding diverse perspectives, evaluating candidate potential, and building trust with candidates and internal partners.
